RRP is a IT Requirements and Candidates Resume database. This has features of publishing Candidatates Hotlist to all Prime vendors on a schedule basis. After recieving the Requiremnts from vendors, system internally scans for the matching candidate's resume and short list them for the preliminary interviews with the company staff, and later submitted to our Prime Vendors for client inteviews.

• Requirements - Manage Vendor / Client Requirements and publish to preferred Suppliers thru Email or Web link. Search for previous Requirements with Skill set and other filters.
• Vendors / Suppliers - Setup preferred vendors to publish consultants holist. Setup suppliers to publish requirements for consultants.
• IT Recruiters - Easy to assign requirements and consultants to IT Recruiters to work with. Manage Consultants at one place, upload latest resumes and track consultants submissions. Store consultants original employer information.
• Security - IT Recruiters login into safe & secure environment with unique User ID and Password to perform their job. Administrator login will allow to create or update IT Recruiters info.
• Reporting - Ability to track IT Recruiters performance thru requirement assignment and submissions.
• Consultants/Employees - Consultants can login with unique User ID and Password to key in work hours and upload a Client Approved Timesheets for payroll process or Invoicing.
• Integration - RPS Application can be easily integrated to your existing websites.
